CHALLENGE 30 DAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT BEGINNING THE FASTING



The first day of the 30-day weight loss challenge has arrived. 

We will be recording our progress throughout the day.

“I'm very tired and I'm not even going to touch the plate so I don't wash the dishes anymore. 

This is my dinner for today. 

The little salad I already had in the fridge, in that little pot" I just made these two hard-boiled eggs while I was packing other things. 

It even looked like a face, right?"

At the last minute I took the bus, which was when my husband left work and came to give me the Rio Card. 

I still managed to make it in time for the teacher. The class hadn't started yet, would you believe it? 

But I did, I was grounded yesterday. 

But today I am up and I will try to fast again in the morning. 

But if not, I'll post the fasting time here for you.

For lunch today I set aside some ground beef and also set aside another part to make a hamburger, which I love. 

And I also made here a broccoli with corn.

 It's going to be all right today, huh? Now I'm making hamburgers. 

Look, I put them in these little bags here that I get at the market, when I go to pick up the vegetables. 

Then I cut it in half and make the hamburger, look.
