Natural products to moisturize the skin
Almond oil
If your skin is dry, what better way to start moisturizing than with a natural ingredient?
The first natural product par excellence for skin care is almond oil. In addition to being an excellent choice, it is easy to find in any perfumery.
First, almond oil has a high content of fatty acids and antioxidants, these properties are derived from the content of vitamins A and E that the dried fruit has. Thanks to all this it is a product that helps to moisturize the skin.
Ingredients and utensils::
- 2 cups of hot water
- Half a tablespoon of almond oil
- Cloth
- hand towel
Application mode:
With hot water, moisten your face. Then pour almond oil and rub it in your hands. Bring your hands to your face and massage in a circular motion.
Perform these movements for a few minutes and then soak the hand towel in hot water.
Drain the towel well and place it on your face, being careful not to burn yourself. Leave the towel on your face until it reaches room temperature.
Afterwards, wipe your face with the cloth and repeat the procedure 3 times a week.
Yogurt and mashed potato
When you want to moisturize dry skin, using a mixture of homemade products like yogurt and potatoes is an excellent choice, as yogurt has lactic acid. This ingredient satisfies skin hydration, in addition to serving to eliminate dead cells and act as a natural exfoliant.
On the other hand, the potato, thanks to its antioxidants, is an ideal remedy to eliminate acne. In addition, it is excellent for moisturizing the skin.
Ingredients:
- a cup of yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mashed potatoes
Application mode:
Combine the yogurt with the mashed potatoes, so that it is a homogeneous mixture. Apply directly to the face and cover up to the neck.
Let the mask sit for 20 minutes and wash it off with warm water.
Repeat this treatment 2 times a week.
Clay
Ingredients:
- a cup of water
- 5 tablespoons of white clay powder (50 gr)
Modo de preparo
First, mix the powdered clay with the water until an emulsified and well-integrated preparation is left. Mix with your hands until you get a very thick consistency.
Apply to face, cover up to neck and let sit for 20 minutes.

Eggs
