 Until 2020 arrived, last year, right?  It appeared, my body was like this, like, I was super thin, right?

 Because I was kind of coming out of a depression, you know?

 Then I was skinny and the normal quarantine arrived, I didn't eat that much, you know?

 I've never been one to eat so much but it's because of the fact, right?

 Whether we wanted to stay at home for several days or not, I started not wanting to eat, you know?

 I started to look at myself in the mirror, I was really skinny, but I looked in the mirror and said: man,

 I looked in the mirror and I didn't see myself thin, you know?

 Until I started talking like that, people never do that even if you want to lose weight, I think that's the worst thing you can do and go days without eating, you know?

Or like a long time without eating, I think I was going to go a day and a half without eating.  But then what happened?

 People always said:

 You will want to do this, it will make the situation worse.

 I said no guys, I know that if I'm not eating, I won't be able to eat as much.

 But is that what I started doing?

 In my head I wasn't going to, I wasn't going to get fat, you know?

 Small portions, but like that, of many things, so it wouldn't do any good, you know?

What I lost I was going to win again, you know?

 So guys, I think this is the worst way to do it, it's no use losing weight, it's no use.  If there are people who can do it, great, but don't do it, understand?

 They always try to eat at least three meals a day, you know?

 And eating like this is okay and remembering, I eat chocolate, see?

 I eat chocolate, I don't stop eating chocolate but then I started eating it.  But it arrived in August of last year, it was right on my birthday.

 I had no idea that I was gaining weight, you know, so I went to put on a pair of pants and several pants didn't fit anymore.

 The clothes that were loose on me didn't fit I started to cry, you know?

 I remember that I started to cry, wow, it was like that, I cried, I cried so much that none of my clothes were good, you know?

 I put them all on and I was feeling like I said what happened, you know?

And so, none of the pants were coming in, so that was fine, so I started talking to my friends.

 She said oh why don't you start a gym?

 Well, I started going to the gym, I think I did three months at the gym but I wasn't seeing results, I got bigger, you know, and I gained a lot of thighs, you know?

 My arm was like that, because like it or not I was gaining muscle, right?




But my problem has always been the scale.  You understood?

 To this day, I have this, it's horrible

 Today I have it, but every time I want to eat something I ask myself first on the scale to see how I am weighing to see if I can eat that.

 Do I need to improve this?

 I need it, but I still have this problem a lot, you know?

 It's something that affects me a lot, so I started going to the gym, you know, and then I started to see that I was gaining a lot of kilos.  gym you are doing bodybuilding squats these things wanting not you will build a muscle you will gain leg muscle, got it But I didn't understand that.

 I said, man, I don't want this, I don't want this.

 Then I stopped going to the gym, I lost all the kilos I gained at the gym.

 Then it arrived more or less at the end of the year, right?

So I'm a person who doesn't eat a lot of breakfast, you know?  I don't drink much because sometimes I wake up too late or sometimes I don't feel hungry either, so I only drink milk.  You understood?

 Sometimes I took toddynho, right, toddynho I took it when I could because I don't wake up hungry, since I was a child I don't wake up hungry.

 So I only had lunch, but at lunchtime I also ate little, you know?  because like it or not

 You can wake up and skip breakfast and eat a lot at lunch.

 You understand that for me it's a normal thing because I don't eat that much, you know?

 At lunch as I don't eat I don't feel hungry in the morning so in the promotion you know and I eat right at dinner time and I end up having dinner too but I don't like to have dinner too late like I always try to have dinner before eight, you know?

 And then I have dinner properly and then I eat a little chocolate for lunch, you know?

 Like, no problem, I think I can have chocolate later.
